Singing Meditaton Workshop
Ruthie Rosauer, Helen Gierke, and Liz Hill presenters. Friday evening Ruthie will lead a 90 minute Singing Meditation session. Saturday 10 a.m. to noon - Singing Meditation lecture, interspersed with songs and concluding with a Singing Meditation session. Saturday afternoon will include optional break-out sessions on starting a Singing Meditation group, care of the voice, and spiritual writing, as wel as another Singng Meditation session.
