Singing Meditation

Songs for Singing Meditation: Let Joy Fill Your Heart

Let Joy Fill Your Heart is a collection of interfaith songs sung in community, as they would be in an actual Singing Meditation session. The CD is intended as a teaching tool to help listeners quickly become familiar with some of the songs that work well in Singing Meditation. It's not intended as dreamy, relaxing music to meditate "to" or as a substitute for the practice itself.
