Singing Meditation is a devotional spiritual practice combining song and silence in equal measures.
Songs from a variety of sources (Sufi, Jewish, earth-based, Christian, and others) are alternated with silence.

Song and Silence for the Soul
Experience the joy of singing and the solace of silence during the season of
Solstice and Advent. You don't have to be an experienced
singer to sing these easily-learned songs drawn from Christian, Sufi, Neo-pagan,
and other spiritual paths. The day will include toning, singing, easy circle dance, periods of silence for contemplation or prayer,
and brief lecture about the spiritual practice of Singing Meditation. Limited to 35 participants.
